— Blair Gordon Attacked by Aliens —

The Internet is wonderful, but it can be a dangerous place, too. When preparing your online résumé, it's important to take a few precautions to guard your privacy, and protect you against identity theft.

As one example, just the other day, on the way to this web site, to prepare advice for you, I was attacked by aliens.

They caught me offguard, hustled me into a saucer, stole my real identity, and now I look like this:

Blair Gordon's true identity was stolen and this one substituted.

Let that be a lesson.  You never know when and where the aliens are coming, so you should never put your real address, postal code or phone number into an online résumé.

In Pocket Résumé Guide, I teach you how to set up an online CV that guards your identity.

Also, never Simpsonize yourself before a job interview.  Employers have a hard time taking cartoon characters seriously.

P.S. They got my cat, too.
